144Hz Display Diagnostic
144Hz Monitor Screen Test
Verify that your 144Hz monitor is operating at full frame rate with low motion blur and zero dead pixel defects.
Why You Should Test a 144Hz Monitor
Many gamers purchase a 144Hz monitor but unknowingly run it at 60Hz because Windows or macOS defaults to 60Hz until manually configured in display adapter settings. Furthermore, HDMI 1.4 cables or improper port connections can throttle refresh rates.
Quick Setup Tip for Windows 11:
Go to Settings → System → Display → Advanced Display, select your monitor, and ensure the Choose a refresh rate dropdown is set to 144 Hz (or 165Hz/240Hz).
